I have been a Chiefs and Royals fan for over 40 years. It's been an amazing thing the last few years. I went to Game 7 of the World Series in 2014. The coolest sporting event I have ever been privileged to be around, it will forever have a special place in my heart. I have seen Phillip Rivers get infuriated and throw a tantrum due to crowd noise. I have watched Mcluster run back his first NFL kickoff in the pouring rain on MNF. Some really great memories. But these stadium deals being funded by tax dollars are now and always have been a huge scam and a transfer of wealth from poor wirkong schmucks to billionaires. The attitude expressed by the Royals owners wife is repugnant. If they move I am done. The entire NFL, MLB, NHL, AND NBA could be GONE tomorrow and it wouldn't make a bit of difference in anyone's life outside of those organizations. They all overestimate their importance. They can all get bent.

Which dumb decision are you referring to? Potentially driving whilst intoxicated? Deciding to race in the first place? Allegedly being in possession of illegal firearms or drugs? Fleeing the scene of an accident and leaving injured people in their vehicles? Just curious. It was sheer chance that Rice didn’t become the next Henry Ruggs and there wasn’t another Tina Tintor killed by an entitled footballer. Although I note that you thought that was something to laugh about. Pathetic. Culturally, I think the attitudes expressed are indicative of why society has so many accidents/deaths on its roads. And let’s get one thing straight: Tyreek Hill is a serial abuser and the Kansas City Chiefs didn’t care about that one iota. Some teams actively avoid players with red flags, whereas others appear to be drawn to them. The league and teams don’t particularly care about DV either, sadly; plenty of examples prove that.

Didn't seem like they were putting up enough of what Floyd coined...their stack against this deal. NFL teams are like increasing value almost exponentially. If they are to expand into Europe etc... and still are looking for the taxpayer to pay both through gambling and then their tax dollars I say effem. That means I don't have time to follow a team that could really care less about their fan base. NFL is starting to be Not For Local people.

When you see what Howie Roseman does and what Veach is doing... it leaves you wanting more. Howie is an aggressive salesman, Veach is a calm, measured dude. Veach isn't going to stir the pot as much and create the same type of opportunities. I do trust his judgement once he does make contact though. The WR room was clearly Veachs fault last year and he can't run that back with anything similar. It's too hard on Pat!

Love Dune, Stephen! Sting was Feyd in the 1984 version. There was also the sci-fi channel's versions about 20 yrs ago too. You almost have to have read the book(s) to really appreciate the movies. Just like LOTR, it's too much to really put into a screen adaptation but they did a great job

The Chiefs built a great defense with drafted DBs and veteran DL guys. They should probably stick with that formula. I loved Sneed and Ward but I'd rather see them make their money elsewhere while Merritt develops young guys.

Sneed isn't coming back. Trade him for picks. You absolutely do not pay the tag of almost 20 mil for Sneed. That's terrible cap management.

I have never watched this channel. I follow all media/youtube/podcasty things about the Chiefs. I found you two to be so OPPRESSIVE & disingenous. Over One-Thousand Seven Hundred Players are interviewed about 11 topics and you two can't be bothered to "get into the weeds" b/c you're not sure how the report is generated. If you're NOT reporters (w/the skills to answer that question) why am I watching this channel at all. What I learned is that neither of you care enuf about the players enough to discuss in your face FACTUAL issues - issues mentioned in last year and this year's Report Card. For example, Chiefs have no FAMILY ROOM/CTR so mothers change their babies on the floor in the hallway outside the Chiefs locker room or in public bathrooms. Disgraceful! 2nd year harsh criticism about training staff & facility. At least get off your asses, and do your own survey!

I'm happy the Chiefs won, but really disappointed in the gracelessness shown by "Rocky." Wilks had a great game, as did Shanahan. They just stalled out in the 3rd quarter. Wilks had a very good game plan, it just wasn't as good as Spags. Shanahan was great for much of the game, but he wasn't good enough to win.
